By booking tours with Feelfree Adventure (Intera Solutions d.o.o.) through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all dealings between Feelfree Adventure (Intera Solutions d.o.o.) and the Customer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether they appear on the stationery or correspondence of the Customer or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing by Feelfree Adventure (Intera Solutions d.o.o.) and apply specifically for online bookings.
DELAYS AND CANCELATIONS
In case of delay, please call the phone number provided in the confirmation or on our web site. The provider is not obliged to provide the confirmed service in case of delay, although whenever it will be possible we’ll do the best to provide the service according to the booking. In cases when it is not possible, you’ll be offered an optional substitute.
Cancel 48 hours in advance for a full refund, and please inform us as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone. If a Customer cancels the tour or shortens it by his own will, we are not obliged to reduce the price.
In case of bad weather, Customer will receive a full refund, or be offered a booking with an alternative date and time.
Please take note that bank transfer requires 3-5 business days.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVELERS
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled participants; however, we are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers. Hotels, restaurants, motor coaches, mini buses, vans, and cars are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need assistance.
We strongly recommend having travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Customer(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. The Customer(s) are covered by all-risk insurance while they are on the tour. However, they are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity on the tour.
LOSS AND DAMAGE
Any loss or damage to equipment or property will be the responsibility of the Customer and all replacement and repair costs will be charged in full. Feelfree Adventure (Intera Solutions d.o.o.) does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to Customer(s) or their guests.
Neither Feelfree Adventure (Intera Solutions d.o.o.) nor its employees shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, illness, delay or expense caused to the Customer, its employees, licensees or invitees or any other person or any other persons attending the booked tour except insofar as such injury, loss, illness, delay or expense results from the proven negligence or deliberate action or omission of the Company.
YOUNG TOUR PARTICIPANTS
An adult must accompany tour participants under 16 years.
No pets allowed.
All complaints should be submitted on our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer will receive a written response within 7 working days.
Statement on the protection, gathering, and use of personal information
Intera Solutions d.o.o. is obliged to protect the buyers’ personal information. It collects only the basic necessary information about their buyers/users, which are mandatory for fulfilling our obligations; informs buyers on the way their personal information is used, regularly gives the buyers the option of using their information or not, including whether or not they want their name to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All information is secured, and is available only to the employees who need the information to perform their business activities. All employees of Intera Solutions d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for obeying the principles of the protection of privacy.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Your booking made through our web site will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving it; in most cases it will be immediately confirmed. With written confirmation, we guarantee all booked services.
No deposits are required for confirmed bookings. All prices are final, expressed in EURO but payments will be done in HRK Croatian national currency. Tours will be paid in cash, via bank transfer or credit card before provided service. The price stated on the confirmation list includes the added value tax (VAT).
Notice on prices in foreign currencies (EUR, etc.)
All payments will be done in HRK. Your credit card is charged with the amount obtained by converting the foreign currency to HRK, based on the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to the local currency, based on the card company’s exchange rate. As a result, minor differences between prices listed on our websites are possible.

STATEMENT ON THE SECURITY OF ONLINE PAYMENTS
While conducting payments on our tour shop you are using Booking system Ez Booker and Monri Payments – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.
Creditcard purchase security statement
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Personal data gathering and protection statement
We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user information are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need those information for completing the job.
All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.
